Well the British attack the PM if the PM is tuned out of an important matter like this one. While it is true the Biden Administration never consulted him on their early withdrawl plans, the British MP's blame the PM because they feel his intelligence agencies and diplomats on the ground should have spotted the signs of an early withdrawl before it happened.
