They made bad judgement calls and they did not live up to the code of conduct expected." That seemed to cover holding someone "accountable" other than the Obama admin.
As far as "blundering through his term", I stand by that.
The USA has never had a policy of trading terrorists for deserters, funding one of the top terrorist supporting nations, apologizing to other nations for their attacks on us, appeased a government that has seized our property or our people, encouraged protests that were known to get violent, and many more disasters, until Obama took office.
If you can't recognize any of this, it is due to your own person bias.

As far as I can see the Navy has some serious issues they need to address. From losing drones, to not being able to navigate, to multiple collisions with other ships. These have all happened under the current and last president.

The Navy has got some cleaning up to do. I don’t care if we blame the current guy and the last guy or give the current guy credit if it gets fixed, just as long as it gets fixed.
