Where do I go on Bragg to change MGIB to Post 9/11?

I've been everywhere to change this and been getting sent back and forth, where on post do I go to get help with this ? and yes I already went through my BN S1.

You don’t change your MGIBill, that’s why you’re getting the run around. It’s a common myth that you have to change it.
When it’s time to use your VA Benefits you simply go on the VONAPP website when you are registering to use your GI Bill and select whether you are going to use the MGIB or the Post 9/11. You have 10 years after service to use the MGIB if you choose that one

Are you sure you want to? I was sure, and the only reason I didn't change it was that I didn't have my bank account information. Then I ended up using the MGIB. It was at a building near the SSC.
