From July of last 2018, I have walked 1,546,276 steps. 659 miles and 71,886 Kcal. walking time 243 hours. I got this all recorded on my cell-phone. This is my My Mania. I have Epilepsy and have had 5 concussions and about 20 falls. One time at the VA. One Doctor asked if I am okay.

I am doing this as my muscles begin to atrophy. I feel pushing myself will either harm me or benefit e. I have always been an athlete and in high school made an unassisted triple play. My goal is 2,000,000 steps and 1,000 miles and I will do that if the creek don't rise. lol

No doubt in my mind that you'll make that goal. Heck, you're the one who will tell us if the creek is going to rise afterall!

SSgt (Join to see) Keep it up! As we age, a large dose of will power helps our motivation!

I send screen shots of my walks to the grandchildren in an attempt to provide a good example!

I walk one day and do a hour of stretches the next. Mary Ann enjoys her lite exercise class at the Senior Ctr. What ever works - let us continue doing it!

Best wishes - keep going and learn to fall safely. Chuck
