The Dems Team and Trump's Team were given the same specific item to be addressed on day 1 and the Dems led with totally different material and the President Judge, a Democrat, let them carry on throwing the Defense into a scramble for a response which made them look unprepared. After that episode they knew that they were dealing with snakes and prepared a new Defense overnight and the rest is history after that, they buried them alive!
