Is there more to the phase 2 option of Green to Gold ADO than what is discussed in the information booklet?

I just got told that I am moving into phase 2 of the green to gold application. I just need help understanding what this entails. Is phase 2 just getting accepted by the college and then passing the medical background (I already did my DODMERB and passed all the exams) or is there still a way that I can get denied?
