...and when the balloon goes up in the middle of a national/training holiday. The Canadian forces will be overrun before they can come off their highs.

Didn't know the beards were a "new" thing. At my final shore station in San Diego, three of the five Canadians (4 Army, 1 AF) there had beards. That was in 2003. I just assumed they could grow them if they wanted to. As for the "stoned" part...not surprised...lol
