That's the way it always is, blaming the wrong people for their problems. Yeah, keep killing the hoodlums, and maybe they will wake up to the fact that crime doesn't pay, or at least there will be fewer hoodlums.

The feds are showing up in unmarked cars and grabbing those that they identify as instigators and destructive rioters who have done damage.
