It is sad that this accident happens during a real medical evacuation.

Especially for ones like Heat Casualty. I was a DUSTOFF pilot at NTC for 3 years and the vast majority of “heat casualties” were fakers who were not properly vetted by the medical people. So, just like in this case, I take my crew out at 0200 in the morning risking our lives for no reason...
