I have a contact who happens to be the VP of lending and I send all veterans to her. I even used her and what I like about her she starts with you and closes with you. No middle man, no sending you to others, and I still send many to her.

I have used my VA loan benefit 4 times. I had a foreclosure on one of the loans. I recommend going with a lender who specializes in VA loans only. They know the ins and outs of everything needed to qualify. They offer more consideration towards vets. Good Luck!!!

I am a loan officer. I know of 1 place that will go below 580 if you would like that information I would be happy to provide you with a contact. If you are close to 580 it may be more beneficial to run some simulations and get your score up.
