I recently received an early return on my investment (over nine months early on a twelve-month loan) and at a higher annual interest rate than agreed (about 11.4% instead of 11%).

This loan was part of a crowdfunding effort on GROUNDFLOOR Finance that helped someone purchase and renovate for resale a home not too far from where I live in central Florida.
