Autumn in Arlington National Cemetery

Thanks for sharing SPC Diana D. the image of Arlington National Cemetery in the autumn. Over the decades I have passed by thousands of times and visited on occasion in spring, summer, fall and winter. I was assigned to organizations in the Pentagon from 1995 to 2008 and worked as a consultant afterwards to some organization that are locate there.

SPC Diana D. I've been there now 5 times over the last 35 years, with the last one beign there with my Dad (PFC Donald Burroughs) at age 85 (June 6, 2016) on his Honor Flight as a Korean War Veteran and Purple Heart Recipient. He passed away on 7 October 2016. It was a great trip and he opened up about his exprience in Korea like he'd never before and I'm so thankful!
