Equine therapy is one of my tools in my toolbox to help through the dark times. The place I find peace for now is at Cloud 9 Therapeutic Equine. I think this is an interesting perspective from a different set of eyes and hoofs.

Maj Kim Patterson, in the Nashville area, Hope and Healing at Hillenglade provides such services. It was started by and is owned by famous actress and model, Jennifer O’Neill (Summer of ‘42).
“The Hillenglade™ Equine-Assisted Program is a 501(c)(3) Tax Deductible Charitable Organization based in Nashville, TN. Hope and Healing at Hillenglade™ provides time away in the country for our Military Veterans and their families to enjoy the therapeutic wonder of horses, relax, restore relationships, and mend hearts.”
The services are free. It’s an extraordinary place.
