How about US Government thinking outside the box of DTS. Why Pay triple the price for a ticket you can change when you can buy it for 1/3 the price from Priceline, Expedia or from cheaptickets.com? Why Pay triple the price? It's funny when you see purchase a ticket outside the travel agency mandated below will prevent you from getting reimbursed. This was set up during the Bill Clinton administration.

As a fiscal conservative, I immediately took note of the excessive spending found within every facet of the military once I joined. Very disheartening.
