PO1 H Gene Lawrence - OH, the State Legislature is all for increasing taxes which are disproportionately spent on projects in Chicagoland and the Metro East, or to cover their broken pension system that they robbed to pay for said projects. The rest of the state is just getting tired of paying for them and receiving little in return.
