Good morning Rally Point. I am scheduled for seven hours of online training today and I suspect there isn't enough coffee to keep me alert for all of it, but I am going to give it a try...I wish they would split this over a couple of days...
Might not be a terrible day to spend inside (mostly) 70 degrees, 93% humidity and rain/thunderstorms expected on and off all day. What are you doing today?

All you can do is try not to fall out of the chair on these days.
Fortunately, they can't see me so I get up and do squats or lunges or something while they are talking...at least this way I stay alert.
