Trump's third attempt at a travel ban for Muslims declared unconstitutional (again), this time by the Fourth Circuit. The Fourth Circuit voted 9-4 against Trump's ban, holding that the ban was based on the anti-Muslim animus of Trump.

1) Don't know what the Constitution REALLY says.
2) Are not loyal to POTUS and are Un-American (I guess, why not? Can we call that treason? Why not?) are treasonous.
3) Traitors shouldn't be allowed to be Federal Judges (duh).
4) Therefore, the Federal Court judges who disagree with POTUS Executive Orders should be removed from office. But, there's "nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is. I don't know."*
*Obviously, this cannot be interpreted in any way as a threat, but rather because the "2nd Amendment people have amazing spirit and are tremendously unified, which gives them great political power."
There can be no other interpretation. Give me a break.

MSG Charles Turner - I had forgotten that. Yes, she did say those things right before he became the nominee, and then apologized and said her remarks were ill-advised. Perhaps she should have recused herself, and I see their point, but do you really believe a jurist with this much experience could not hear the merits of the case, whether she likes him or not?

I can't wait for America to look like Europe's Islamic problem. That way the government will have to grow and personal responsibility for your own security card be taken away in favor of government being responsible for it. We should see an increase in rape and cultural holidays being removed to try an appease Islam sensitivities.

Cpl Mark A. Morris While on vacation in Europe for a month 2 years ago. Talking to people and friends that live there. They are very unhappy with the situation. Especially in parts of Belgium where they have basically took refuge and created isolated terror networks.

MSgt (Join to see) - let's try to stay on point here. We're not little children, crying that little Johnny gets to do so-and-so, so we should be able to do the same. First, what Obama did was not the same as what Trump did, nowhere close. Second, the 285 page opinion went into great detail as to the basis of its decision, and it wasn't even a close call. You should really read the opinion if you are going to comment on it.
Trump and his aides said over and over again that this was a Muslim ban, a ban based on the religion of the individual seeking entry. The Court said that was unconstitutional. The Court also went through the way in which the countries that were the subject of the ban were selected, some of them based on religion instead of any type of objective standard, and some who had met the standard but which were omitted for purely political reasons.
