In a "nation of laws" the language and skin color of somebody who breaks those laws should have no bearing on the application of the law. Send him back to Ireland and let him go through the correct process to come into the US. BTW, his parents should also be prosecuted for crimes they committed by harboring an illegal alien and facilitating his over staying his visa. If convicted they should lose their green cards, serve whatever jail time the law demands, and be deported. Finally, his employer also committed a crime by hiring an illegal alien, so the employer should be prosecuted. We're either serious about this stuff, or we're not!

Maybe its just because I'm Old, maybe its because I have seen to much BS in my life, but I have ZERO sympathy. He came here at the age of 12 and decided to stay for 7 more years. After dropping out of school, He worked under the table for his Uncle (Who should also be charged) He and his GF had a kid but didn't bother to get married till he was about to be deported.
