Last surviving prosecutor at Nuremberg trials says Trump's family separation policy is ‘crime against humanity’

He asks: 'What could cause more great suffering than what they did in the name of immigration law?'

News flash,, other countries do not dictate US immigration laws. We have one exactly like any other country has done with illegals. At least we are not shooting at them.

MSgt (Join to see) News flash, we should have enough morality to know that it was wrong without other country's weighing in. Unfortunately we don't appear to be a particularly moral people.

SPC Kevin Ford - We do not dictate other countries and they do not dictate ours. It is really that simple. As far as the children being separated at the border is for their protection (i.e. to make sure they belong to those claiming them). If they want to come here LEGALLY, there would be ZERO issues. Period.

Many many foreign parents put their kids in the hands of coyotes and drug dealers to come over the border. Often the kids are used for false scenarios. Of course the children should always be separated from adults at the border, it’d be cruel NOT to.

MSgt (Join to see) We absolutely do dictate to other countries, that's exactly what we did in the Nuremburg trials and every other UN human rights agreement we have signed up for, every embargo we do. The idea we don't is fantasy.

As far as using a crime as an excuse for human rights violations on people, all I have to say is wow. That is some truly scary shit there. I really hope you and the people voting you up are kidding because that's how atrocities happen. We're better than that, or at least we should be.
