It is not enough for a business or organization to just know that it takes different sets of skills and disciplines (employees, equipment and technology, and processes) that make up the whole of the company. Companies that do not adapt to the customer and provide continuity between each of those disciplines always begin to lose profitability through communication loses and competitive pressures. They teach, develop, and train senior/middle-managers how to develop those continuities and when backed by management can lead a good organization to a better and more sustainable future. Example: Improve communication between the senior and middle managers by 12-15%, decrease parallel initiatives so that resources are not wasted from 10-22%, and improve cross silo appreciation up to 20% using strategic analysis concerning different operational supports for different clients in different environments and developing solutions for them.

Thanks for posting this COL! I really enjoy what I and my team does wherever we are contracted to do it. Sometimes the work is broad in scope, sometimes not, but when you love the challenge it makes little difference. Thanks again...and I hope others pass the post along from YouTube too!
