Taking care of the people is something that today's leaders seem to have lost. I look at our current leadership and I see nothing But people concerned with nothing but themselves.

Good morning Col Burroughs and Posse from a cold but sunny morning in Virginia.
Hopefully, we can reset our goals for a peaceful, stable, free democratic republic and find our drive to get there.
Drive is the action behind motivation. Set the proper goal and your desire to get there and your drive will move you. If you can't get going along the road, don't just look at whether there are obstacles but also if you have chosen an appropriate goal. Is it specific enough? Achievable? Can you get buy in from your team? All of these matter when you are driven to get things accomplished.
