Good morning Col Burroughs and I am thinking of those who are still deployed around the world. May they all come home safely to loved ones.
Challenges. I do love your comments! Be proactive and face challenges head on while being willing to ask for help and guidance. How much better it would all go if we and all our leadership did just that. Challenges keep life interesting; they strengthen us, they keep us evolving as people. Don't run from them. Sometimes it is hard to accept the need to change what or the way we are doing something but try it; you might be surprised at how much better things go.
