Is it possible to transfer from the USAR IRR to the Navy?

I am USAR with no service contract. I am going to the IRR and would subsequently like to change branches to the Navy as Environmental Health Officer. I have a bachelors degree in Biology and Master of Public Health degree. Is that doable?

Once you are in the IRR, it is easier to switch to a different branch of service (or any component of the Army for that matter). Once you are IRR your recruiter can access you into their branch if needed. You would have to speak with a recruiter to get more information.
