Uighur like the Rohingya are prime targets given both live in territories where they have no political representation and from time to time face systemic ethnocide from regional and national governments. The Chinese haven't been able to rid themselves of what they see as a problem and will continue to fail due to the transparent borders that exist between China, Pakistan, and Afghanistan allowing freedom of movement for paramilitary, illicit goods, and refugees. China will survive but so will these people and so will some of the more extreme portions of Wahhabism and Tarhiqism.
