He was caught fighting for ISIS on the Syrian battlefield.. Uh, he should not be afforded shit..he is an enemy combatant first and should be treated as such..taken behind the wood shed and shot..and of course the ACLU has to stick their nose where it doesn't belong, maybe there is room at that wood shed for them too..
