In yet another example of the misogyny inherent in fundamentalist Christian churches, the leader of one of the major Baptist seminaries in Texas shamed a woman into not reporting a rape to the police. He instead blamed her for inviting the male into her apartment and placed her on school probation for being alone with a male.

Interesting how you pin the actions of one man on an entire religion. No doubt there are guys like this one that need to be dealt with but the Bible does not support what he did. I know, I know, you'll bring up the OT penal system in an attempt to say that's what the Bible teaches us to do. But as I've said before, you're wrong. If you read the whole Bible, not just the parts that fit your narrative, you'd realize that the ceremonial/dietary/etc. laws of the OT along with it's penal system, ended when Christ died and was resurrected.

WHY YOU SHOULD CONVERT TO FLYING SPAGHGETTI MONSTERISM
• Flimsy moral standards.
• Every Friday is a religious holiday.
• Our Heaven is WAY better. We've got a Stripper Factory AND a Beer Volcano.
