No one has ever said that to me. However, I came close. When my daughter was in college, she apprenticed under me learning to code (her college professor wasn't doing a very good job). One of my clients remarked one day "When my daughter grows up I hope that she'll be just like yours". Now that was inspirational (at least it felt that way to me)

Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs . Rally Point to me is all about setting an example and inspiring others to do the same. It is an opportunity to share and be part of a greater whole. So often in my career both in and after the Air Force, I would see someone and I would say "I want to do that" and it would set me off on a path that would change the direction of my career and my life.
Be your best self; you never know who is watching and being inspired by what you are doing. Who do you find inspirational? What about your life and/or your work inspires others?
