I'm not sure what the legalities and issue that the appearance of these documents are presenting to us.
It appears that Burisma is a holding of Blackrock and Franklin Templeton Investments. Apparently, the politicians and well-connected found a way of using legitimate investment firms to receive their money from Ukraine (Vindman's older brother is an investment banker).

There are a LOT of companies like this, foreign and domestic. The hell of it is, most of the time it is perfectly legal.

Well he has no holdings in Blackrock but it's probably there because he did. With today's global economy it's tough to know the source of funding for many legitimate investment funds.
