Those who know me, know I love kickboxing and Muay Thai. I love Muay Thai and kickboxing! If I go a day without punching and kicking, I go in withdrawal! It's helped me lose weight, get in shape, and learn self-defense. I'm curious as to who else does some form of martial arts and what you get out of it? Is it fun for you or just another form of PT?

I am currently doing Krav Maga and a bit of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (No gi)...but if pressed would use Enclave. If someone really wants to fight me, I will run them over with my Buick Enclave.
