I am currently stationed at Fort Campbell. I have begun a MAR2 process due to having an H3 profile in my PULHES.I am currently a 13B Field Artillery. I have been told I need to look at other options for reclass. I have talked to my retention NCO about options and hes looking into them. I was wondering if anyone else has some idea of what I can reclass to with a PULHES of 111311. So far all i know is a good bet as a 92G. Thanks

I would recommend a job that will be beneficial and earn you good money in the civilian world after you are out. I would not recommend being a cook. I was a H3 as well....I was a 11C mortarman then reclassified to 88M truck driver then to 42A human resources. As you know in the civilian world, we can't shoot artillery and mortars, but as a truck driver you can earn 200k a year and high 5 to 6 figures in human resources....

With regard to high 5 and 6 figures in HR in the civilian market: Your plan should include obtaining a Master's degree before you end your service to expect that rate of pay.

The Army Reenlistment site has links to the requirements from Enlisted MOS Specifications
DA Pam 611-21, Chapter 10
Note: Links are to the official milSuite site; CAC login required.

That I'm not 100% sure but I know I was H3 and got downgraded to H2 3 times for deployment purpose... 2 of my deployments I was 88M... but I wouldn't recommend 88M due to IEDS during deployments

Go to army jobs and you can input your asvab scores from you ERB on there which will show you what jobs you qualify for.

Here is how a MAR2 works:
You will be eligible to request up to 3 MOS. You are not guaranteed to get any of those MOS. They will look at available class seats that you meet the requirements for, and priority will go to understrength MOS. When looking at your PULHES, after the MAR2 your 111311 will become a 111211, so that's the PULHES your eligible for. If you don't qualify for any of those, then they will look at balanced ones.
This is how you figure out which MOS's to request. First, go on to Armyreenlistment.com and find the In/Out calls. Look at which jobs are under strength in your skill level, which is skill level 1. Write those jobs down. Now, go back to Army reenlistment and on the left tore the bottom of the screen is a tab that says MOS smartbook. You will need to log in with your CAC. Go down to Chapters 10 B and 10 C which are enlisted MOS. Open chapter 10 C and open each one of the jobs you wrote down. There will be requirements for each one. What you need to look at is the PULHES, security clearance, and line scores. Compare them with your ERB.
Then, if your profile has any other limiting factor such as maximum weight lifted, you will open up chapter 10 B and certify you meet the physical requirements of the job.

Again, you are not guaranteed any particular job. If you meet the requirements of the job, there's a class seat, and it meets the strengths of the Army, you have a good chance of getting one of them. HRC will determine your job.

SPC(P) (Join to see) tell him you talked to a career counselor who explained the process. It's even confusing for career counselors.

SFC (Join to see) roger thanks for the guidance. One more question, I previously had a MAR2 completed before I entered into active duty. This was done in my time in the reserves. They classed me to be able to retain back into my same MOS. However since being on active duty they've done more tests and my hearing has gotten worse and had to retake the SPRINT test and it was deemed for reclass to less noise hazardous environment. Will my prior MAR2 have any effect on this new one?

SPC(P) (Join to see) no, when they do a MAR2 they will only look at what your qualifications are, your physical ability, where they need you, and what class seats are available.
