Thanks Dave, it’s funny until we realize that’s the way they always respond, no matter what is submitted in support of any claim. Thankfully we have an appeal process and dedicated VSOs like SGT Robert Pryor SSG Stephen Rogerson and countless others

TSgt David L. - thanks Dave I hope you had success. One things for sure, success hinges more on the individual working your case than the org he represents

SPC Randy Z. - Thanks. The DAV rep did well. With advice from other Vets and the DAV they worked things out in a fair outcome.

I have had three knee surgeries while in the military! The VA has all my freaking records but with this Corona-shit, I'm stuck on STOP!

SFC Chuck Martinez - I guess a soft chair would be the ticket then. All the best.

That is why, upon my MEB and IDES process, I claimed everything. I did not play around, if it ailed me, I claimed it. and had them document it.

I say God bless all of you who have served, I know the Nam really screwed me up. All who serve, went to war or not and got hurt while in the military, should and must be taken care of appropriately!
