To start our Thursday, June 6th, 2019 and in honor of D-Day, I am sharing this Military Tribute to the Fallen! Not just those that died on D-Day, June 6, 1944 in Normandy and elsewhere on European soil that fateful Day... All told, there area some 110,000 American military men and women who are in their final resting place on foreign soil under the watchful eyes of our God and all those who have preceded them... May they all rest in everlasting peace in a serene and beautiful memorial for sacrificing their lives on behalf of the the Freedom of man...
God Bless all who select the vocation to protect that Freedom! Never let Freedom be taken for granted, but taken as a way of life that helps care and protect that Freedom whether in a foreign land, sea or air, or even the very soil of the United States of America that we Americans call "Home"...

Good one!! I will be "remembering" all day and "corresponding with a Brit who lived in London at the time near a B-24 Bomber base, he tells of watching them take off in beautiful formations and then watching them struggle back in ones and twos. I pray we never forget what those men of all branches did for us. Our current crop of politicians (most of them) need to be on the line for awhile. Thanks for a great post!!!
