Simon Sinek
The name should really be enough, but for those that may not be aware, he is the author of "Start With Why" & "Why Leaders Eat Last". He's got a few great videos out there at TED and 99U.
I just came across a course offered at his site, and it's free to military & veterans. Go to the "Salute to Service" section, and register.
Disclaimer - I haven't started it yet, so I can't note all the great features. But if it's anything like the book, I'm sure it'll be great.

So far, I've only received my login info, and started the intro. There are a few modules, which consist of video instruction. Very similar to a TED talk. I'll get into it, and add some details.
