I don't know if you'd call it a motto, but I once had a 1SG who had a Bulldog mural painted in the company office (we were the "Bulldog" B Co.), and written below this Bulldog were the words "Cut your damn hair".

One of my favorite to teach new NCOs In God we trust all others we check. My Supply Sgt had a sign that read in God we trust all others sign a hand receipt
