Heard something along those lines:
The General was unimpressed.
So the Colonel was unhappy.
Which caused the Major to be displeased.
That irritated the Captain.
Which caused the Lieutenant to be annoyed..
That led to the Platoon Sergeant absorbing some criticism, and he was angered by it.
Which then resulted in the Sergeant suffering a reaming.
When things reached the Corporal, it turned him into a raving, slobbering demon.
