Good morning Col Burroughs. A lot of people seem to have problems being who they really are. They want to fit in and so they hide their authentic selves. This is emotionally and intellectually exhausting. Be brave and show the world your authentic self. Some will appreciate that and others will not, but that's okay.

I recall the great line From Thoreau when he was jailed for not paying his taxes in protest of the Mexican War. His friend, Ralph Waldo Emerson was walking down the street and saw Thoreau looking out the jail window.
"Why Henry, what are you doing in there!"
Thoreau answered, “Waldo, the question is what are you doing out there?”
Good stuff. Thoreau was authentic.
