Yep, they do variations of it at Biker events and the Iron Horse rodeo. Some ABATE events as well. There is also Motorcycle Polo, but thats REALLY Challenging. Some teams in Africa, but popular in Europe, I saw a demo game down in California years ago. Looks fun but challenging.
" Motoball (Motorcycle Polo)

Motoball or Moto-ball, also referred to as Motorcycle Polo, is a team sport in which players use a motorcycle to move around the football type field. The sport which was derived from association football and polo, originated in France, and became an official sport in the mid 1930s.
Moto-ball is played between two teams with five players on each team. Four players on each team are on motorcycles, while the fifth player, who is a goalkeeper does not use a motorcycle. The sport is usually played on an association football field, with same sized goal posts. There is a semi-circular area in front of each goal post that riders cannot enter into. The ball used for the sport is similar to a football, but is bigger measuring 40 cm in diameter.

A match is played in four 20 minute periods. The objective of the sport is to score as many goals as possible. Goals can only be scored by kicking the ball with legs, from outside the restricted area.

The sport is popular in France with a few major league tournaments, like Coupe de France and Championship of France. The sport is also played in leagues in other European countries. European Nations Championship is the highest level of international competition conducted annually for the sport."

Its not by any means common, but several variants of it do exist. Ive watched Barrel racing at some events up in Washington, like Horse Barrel racing but with motorcycles instead. Its kind of silly and stupid with a Big HD Dresser, but you get out there on a vintage British Triumph, BSA or a Asian bike you can really haul ass. Another one, is tying a rope on and drag racing with a tire being dragged with a guy riding the tire (*What can go wrong with that?)... A fun one is "Honey I'm home!". Involves guns,,,
If you are not familiar you get a hot foxy biker chick from the crowd, Some use hay bales but some have a bed. Many say you have to take your boots or shoes OFF. Lay on the bales or bed with the lady. The starter yells into a bull horn. HONEY IM HOME! Followed by a gunshot into the air. At the Sound of the gunshot you start against the stopwatch. Get your boots on, Jump up, THRU a wooden window frame, run to your bike, start it and ride across the finish line all timed by the stop watch.
2 categories, ones electric start, ones kick. Fastest time wins. Last time we went to one was about 12-13 years ago, a guy was hauling ass for the finish line, lost control into the watching crowd, most were just banged up but a young lady spectator had the bike and guy fall on top of her, and she ended up with a broken leg.
All fun & games till someone leaves in a ambulance.
SAME event, several ex Army Airborne guys were to drop by parachute in to the event. They all jumped naked. One guy with a belt with smoke grenades and trailing red & blue (I guess his ass was the white?) smoke all the way in while the biker band played the national anthem.
We all stood and saluted or hand on heart. It was really cool and they had done this years prior.. But we were on a big farm pasture on top of a small mountain in Washington. Warm summer air and thermals. So 2 of the 3 jumpers caught strong thermals off the edge of the field and circled for a long time, finally pulled the risers and glided in across the field for a perfect running landing. NAKED.
Bad news for jumper 3. He circled behind the others and went wide, and came off the thermal and started dropping fast. He pulled risers and turned in but too much altitude was lost and too low. He body slammed a Horse trailer a vendor was using. I was about 15 feet away and the sound of his naked body slamming into the Horse trailer was sickening.
I was sure he was gonna be dead. I was surprised he didnt. But a huge ass dent in the trailer. We all rendered aid and kept him breathing.
IIRC it was multiple broken ribs, punctured or collapsed lung on one side, I think his hip and one or 2 broken legs and both arms. Ambulance for the second time. I talked to some of the jumpers a year later and they said he recovered 100% and did more jumps. Crazy right?

Very interesting ... but don't think I'll try it with my Harley, since I'd like to keep it in one piece! lol
