Citizens are not allowed to protect themselves, police are defunded and targeted and those who are violent are not put behind bars....is it any wonder it is like this?

Saw on the local news this morning, that a young man on a train in Chicago was struck by a stray bullet and died over the weekend Lt Col Charlie Brown , tragic piece of news ma'am.
