I have an evaluation with duplicated comments. It's accepted through HRC. How do I get this fixed?

Long story short, had to change Senior Rater at last minute and in the process the Comments were duplicated for two blocks. I looked through AR and DA PAM but not sure if this is a valid reason for appeal? Any suggestions or insights?

Oh, side note, appeals are for factually incorrect information, not for "damn, we screwed up".
A comment saying you failed an APFT when you hadn't, for example, or a comment saying you had an Article 15 when it was actually a different NCO.
If the double tapped bullets are factually inaccurate, then maybe. Otherwise, not so much...
