If PresidentTrump was an Officer or an NCO in the U.S. Army or any Branch; how do you think his NCOER or OER would be evaluated and Rated?

Would he be relieved of command? Do you believe him to be a good leader, or having good qualities? Is he a toxic leader?

You've labeled your post with "toxic leadership" so your position seems clear. Trump, like all presidents, is not in the military. The evaluation system for him is called an election. About 120 million people tell him how he is doing.

IF frogs had wings they wouldn't bump their ass when they jumped so your If question is off the mark. You cannot evaluate a president the same way you evaluate an NCO or officer. He is as good a leader as the people think he is.

The OP also marked the post "Leadership", but apparently some see only what they wish to see. Very curious why all the Trump lovers are so defensive...

A couple questions:
"He is as good a leader as the people think he is." - Does that apply to all presidents, or just this one? Should we consider his job approval numbers to arrive at a conclusion? Is Donald only the Commander in Chief when you want him to be? Is perspective based leadership something they teach over at Delta Airlines?

I see nothing wrong with discussing his leadership. I think it is an imperative to discuss the topic.

I think being a Soldier does not translate to any other job. The rules and regulations required in the military are for the military. Those standards are not conducive for most an other facet of society. So there is no real way to compare. If you have a political question, you should just ask it.

He doesn't take responsibility for his actions and blames poor outcomes on his subordinates. As far as toxic leadership, that one is on the top of the list. Taking politics out of it, leaders who do that are normally considered toxic.

SGT Jose Perdelia-Torres - There are lots or articles that list traits of what makes a leader toxic. Here is one such from psychology today. Do any of these apply to our current POTUS? I'd say so.

MAJ Ken Landgren - My Facebook page is linked to my YouTube channel on personal and professional development. I want to forge ahead on my journey towards self-improvement and encourage others to become their best versions of themselves. So, anything related to personal and professional development are at the least intriguing to me; even if I don't incorporate them into my FB page or YT channel.
