Thoughts? What a great way of drawing attention to the story. Yes, thoughts. Thoughts imply thinking. Thinking implies rationality. Turning your back on mass hysteria is rational. That's just one of the reasons Trump was elected. Be rational and quit the Paris Climate Change Agreement.

Overall, I agree with him on this. There is no reason, for example to accept an agreement where the US complies NOW, while China agrees to begin compliance efforts in 2035. Giving an adversary 17 years of competitive advantage is just dumb.

SP5 Christine Conley - China waits because they have no/poor standards for emission from their plants. Their waste water standards are not up to par etc. One of the reasons things are so cheaply made in China is their is no EPA to regulate emissions or waste going into water etc. The also have slave labor wages and forced labor etc.
Have you ever been to China? There are places the air, on normal days. looks like fog.
They wait because China knows they can delay, deflect and ultimately ignore this "accord" that is non binding anyway. They will gain competitive advantage for 17 years while we (and others comply). Only an idiot would sign on for that and one did. President Obama.
