My thoughts:
1. The spin is already starting. Clearly, the Dems think they are brave patriots foiled by the mean old GOP. Watch for more messaging on cancelling certain Senators, getting rid of the Electoral College, and the like. They are predictable, I'll give them that.
2, "No witnesses and no documents" is trying to get us to buy that there were not 18 hand-picked witnesses on the House side, reams of documents, to say nothing of the 2 year Mueller investigation. Whatever, man.
3. I take this as a signal that they're not done. Look for more hearings in the House, and maybe even a second Impeachment attempt. Especially if Trump is reelected and the composition of Congress changes much.
4. "The acquittal is not legitimate" = neither was the 2016 election, nor the 2020 one. This will be their messaging when/if they lose in November.

Cynthia Croft - With any luck, it won't be close regardless of who wins. That way we won't have to listen to this bullshit.

Cynthia Croft - we can only hope for such a thing, the only issue is that President Trump is a threat to everything career politicians stand for. "They" (left and right) cannot stand for an outsider of any party to come in a take "their" power.
