CJ Grisham, President of Open Carry Texas, Army veteran and recent candidate for State Representative in District 55, along with a couple of other people was arrested yesterday in Olmos Park, TX (Bexar County). He was tazed and subsequently injured in that arrest with a head injury and was hospitalized. I was told that the head injury was a large gash on the back of the head. He also suffered numerous scrapes on his wrists and arms.

Grisham and crew were legally opening carrying pistols and long guns in response to an event last week when an Olmos Park police officer drew guns on and detained someone with a protest sign solely for the reason of open carrying a pistol (which turned out to be a training fake).

Grisham had a phone conversation with the Olmos Park Police Chief, Rene Valenciano about their policies, etc. in which the chief seemed entirely unconcerned with his officers illegally detaining people for a perfectly legal activity. (The conversation will be linked in the comments below).

Grisham and crew went to Olmos Park yesterday and were legally and peacefully open carrying and got arrested for it. There is a video of the arrest. There was no articulated probable cause for the arrest. The police showed up, including Chief Valenciano and ordered Grisham and his crew to the ground. Grisham at least refused. It was Valenciano that personally tazed and arrested Grisham.

Between the phone call and video from the site, it's very clear this was an illegal arrest by an oath breaking police officer and they will be held accountable.

It stuns me that a Texas police chief could be that incredibly stupid. I hope he loses his job and faces prosecution for this stunt.

PO2 David Dunlap - "dumocraps"? Such an intelligent way to speak on a subject that concerns human beings. The pronoun used simply reflects how partisan politics erases any form of intelligent life on our planet. Grown men, especially individuals who are supposed to represent the best that our county has to offer, reverting to junior high school name calling in loyalty to a political ideology created by politicians to create a divide so that they can remain in power.

I don't know how you came to that conclusion, but it is yours to have and I can't do anything to rectify the thoughts that you have. All I can say is that you are incorrect, but if that is your mindset, there is nothing I can do about that. Contrary to how you come across, I hope that you are a better man than your words indicate. I wish you Peace.

In essence, this was a constitutional audit that Olmos Park Police department failed to a level no one imagined. They went there to expose the corruption and constitutional violations of the Olmos Park Police department. All OPPD had to do was honor their oaths. Instead, the held armed and unarmed civilians at gunpoint, assaulted two people who were neither suspected of not committing crimes, destroyed evidence (broke camera of Jim Everard), seized and kept cell phones (because of the video that was taken on them), they tazed and assualted a man who was neither a threat nor a suspect, they kidnapped a woman on a retaliation warrant that they got for "interfering" for her videotaping them harrassing someone with a sign, then that same officer that had assaulted that lady prior got caught on tape threatening to rape her when she was in back of the police car, they falsified documents, filed false charges, lied, bragged about "squashing the rebel" because they knew who they had, held other camera operators at gunpoint, and the list goes on. Not sure why you're conflicted unless you believe in backing the blue no matter how corruption the officers are. If OPPD has egg on it's face, they put it there themselves.

SPC Chris Ison - And the US Supreme Court as well as the UCMJ are both calling you a liar. Want to try your BS again?? Read the paragraph above where you signed your contract. You can be recalled up to 72 if you are an officer and up to 70 if you are an NCO and retired or not if you receive one benefit from the Military or the VA then you ARE subject to the UCMJ. So keep shooting your mouth off and your honorable might very well be a less then or a dishonorable.

SPC Chris Ison - Ok ONE MORE TIME FOR THE PEOPLE WHO CANT GET IT THROUGH THEIR HEADS THEY ARE WRONG

Title 18 USC Section 926 states that you CANNOT require a list of gun owners if at any time and at any place in the present or the future, you will or are going to be using the list as a confiscation list Punishment is 10 years in prison and 25,000 fine and or both and according to federal regulations and statutes, each separate day you violate this law is a separate chargeable offense complete with fines and or imprisonment.

Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 U.S. 105 (1943) US Supreme Court

4. A State, county-city-town-village or township may not impose a charge for the enjoyment of a right granted by the Federal Constitution. P. 319 U. S. 113. and according to the Heller decision of the Supreme Court this is and always was an individual right.
7. Since the privilege in question is guaranteed by the Federal Constitution, and exists independently of state authority, the inquiry as to whether the State has given something for which it can ask a return is irrelevant. P. 319 U. S. 115.
8. A community may not suppress, or the State tax, the dissemination of views because they are unpopular, annoying, or distasteful nor can they tax an individual right granted by the constitution. P. 319 U. S. 116.

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES
JAIME CAETANO v. MASSACHUSETTS
ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE SUPREME
JUDICIAL COURT OF MASSACHUSETTS
No. 14–10078. Decided March 21, 2016

Ruled that the 2nd amendment in a NINE TO ZERO DECISION, protects ALL forms of weapons and the ammo or outside add ons if they effect the operation of the weapon

Not one damned thing you printed can violate a US Supreme Court decision nor a law that has been on the books since 1968. The Allegheny County Sheriff (Pittsburgh PA) thought he was going to do this and the BATF and DOJ stopped by and took his records and warned him to stop. He ignored them. The SECOND time they stopped by they took his records/hard drives/hard copies/files/and any dvd's concerning this and then looked him nose to nose and told him flat out in front of his staff that if they had to come back for a third time he would be leaving with them MINUS his badge and in handcuffs.

So tell us stupid, exactly HOW are you going to overturn two Supreme Court decisions when you cant even get your posts correct? And just to educate you, it takes 270 votes from the House and 67 votes from the Senate and the signature of the sitting president to overturn a US Supreme Court decision and you will never get them.

You lose. Now go away and sulk like the child you are.

I made up the following questionnaire to weed out candidates who seek your endorsement, but who supported political views exemplified by the Trumpster and Qanon believers.
26 incidents of "unwanted sexual contact" by the Trumpster and 43 instances of inappropriate behavior were detailed in the book, All the President's Women: Donald Trump and the Making of a Predator. https://www.businessinsider.com/women-accused-trump-sexual-misconduct-list-2017-12?fbclid=IwAR1h75H0hHZhlxGb4eDzmCOf4wYDB2svhBJ-PfPkoXoHm3JRiNiDGPjhmNc#jessica-leeds-1

Former White House chief of staff, retired Marine Gen. John Kelly, has told friends that President Donald Trump "is the most flawed person" he's ever known. Trump can't stand to hear the Truth! He lies, steals & cheats! He has 2000+ court cases awaiting him as a defendant! His dishonesty is the transactional nature of every relationship.

Where do you stand on these issues?
And of course, you and candidates should feel free to explain their answer(s). And even refusing to answer some questions may tell us a lot about the candidate.

Do you believe we are will never run out of CHEAP oil and natural gas?

Do you believe scientists are wrong about global warming being a very serious threat and the cause is not man-made?

Do you believe that the US government has recovered parts of an alien out-space craft, that aliens brought technology to earth and that is the reason we humans now have it?

Do you believe human civilizations in the past gained advanced technologically that science has only discovered in the past 100 years?

Do you believe that Nikola Tesla invented unlimited, free energy and the energy producing, companies are keeping it secret?

Are you troubled about all the past presidents who have made war on other nations without a Congressional declaration for war and Obama doing drone attacks (aka a war on terrorism)?
Do you believe economic sanctions placed on other nations by presidents should require a Congressional declaration of war by sanctions?
Do you believe a President Trump should have gotten a Congressional declaration to sell weapons to nations like Saudi Arabia given their war against Yemen and after they killed a US journalist?

Do you agree we are in a war on science?

Do you believe we need a new law called “assessor to a pandemic” to punish sheriffs who violates the order of our Governor for social distancing and etc?

Do you believe we need a new law authorizing the Secretary of Defense and/or the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to protect the Congress and US Supreme Court Justices from a rioting mob if the President does not act?

Shouldn't we be asking every candidate these questions, even candidates for judge?

What other questions do suggest we should be asking?

CW3 Dick McManus - Well, Chief, Mr. Trump was hell of a lot better than the person who was running against him and her track record was really one that sucked. As usual, I went with the one that I felt I could trust more and that was the non-politician. I am the first to say he was not perfect…most of us who voted for him agree on that and most of us agree that he had his moments and his times really upset us. HOWEVER, look at all he accomplished. I am not going to run a laundry list here as you did. I am not a liberal and I am not a republican. I am an American, Independent, and conservative. I vote for the person who I feel best represents the interest of my country and me. We didn’t have another Benghazi and he di a lot for the economy, the military, and made inroads with diplomacy where it had never been made before. I think that was a plus.
I am an MST survivor and I had a choice, keep my mouth shut and have a career the military or speak up and get thrown out and have the perp promoted. Kept my mouth shut and at least the perp dint’ get promoted…I was lead to believe that he may have been ruffed up by some of my friends at a later date. I have no proof of that, though. So, I understand and know where the woman are coming from. I have been there. There was no press given to me or others who were in my situation. We just sucked it up and decades later the military still does nothing. We continue to suck it up. Why are civilian woman not trained to do the same…not that they should, but we military woman do because it is what we have to do. We have done it for decades.
I voted for Mr. Trump the second time, too. He was better than the other choice and HE HAD ACCOMPLISHED MORE THAN THE PREVIOUS 4 ADMINISTRATIONS HAD DONE.

According to former National Security Agency officer Bill Binney, the DNC computer was not hacked by Russians, rather someone physically downloaded the documents onto a thumb drive. He also believes the intelligence community has not told the truth about what happened. Binney said there is a possibility that the NSA itself hacked the Democratic National Committee's emails and gave the files to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. https://freedomoutpost.com/nsa-veteran-bill-binney-public-lied-russia-election-meddling/

NSA trace route packets are embedded in hundreds of switchers around the world, and that email messages are easily traced. If it was a hack, Binney reveals, the NSA would know who the sender and recipients of the data are, thanks to mass internet surveillance programs. The intelligence apparatus does not depend on “circumstantial evidence,” as has been reported.

Binney said, “The evidence that should be there is absent; otherwise, it would surely be brought forward, since this could be done without any danger to sources and methods,” the letter stated. “Thus, we conclude that the emails were leaked by an insider – as was the case with Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning. Such an insider could be anyone in a government department or agency with access to NSA databases, or perhaps someone within the DNC.”

CLINTON CORRUPTION DOCUMENTARY
Pay to play by Sec/State Hillary Clinton
Clinton Cash - CLINTON CORRUPTION DOCUMENTARY - YouTube

Hillary Clinton had to sign a document when she was read onto TS/SCI/SAP, Gama access.

She and her aides were warned of the punishment for not following NSA directives in transmitting TS/SCI or SAP national security information. They had to sign a non-disclosure agreement after this briefing about what they could say or not say about the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) compartments to which they were read-on to. I used to do the briefings for soldiers within the Army.

Eight top secret passages and 37 secret passages - that passed through Clinton's private server suggested criminality. And FBI document said, “The sheer volume of information that was properly classified as Secret at the time it was discussed on email supports an inference that the participants were grossly negligent in their handling of that information."

The server and cell phone use by Hillary was not a mistake, it was criminal negligence and intent is not an element of this crime and with regard to classified top secret/special access program information, everyone else would be in jail for ten years and $10,000 fine.

NSA still has a copy of the 30,000 email Hillary or her aides destroyed.
https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=bill+binney+hillary+clinton%27s+email&view=detail&mid=C0D47BC264C9A20EE857C0D47BC264C9A20EE857&FORM=VIRE

Hillary Clinton got a $142 million dollars into her foundation from a Russian Company. This company bought 20 percent of the US production of uranium and is being shipped to Russia.
Hillary Clinton voted for the war against Iraq, she sent the CIA into Syria resulting in 500,000 civilian deaths.

Bill Clinton went on to receive $104.9 million dollars for speeches. That is all the evidence I need to know she and he are crooks
Clinton had taken the then (she thought) politically expedient decision to vote in favor of the Iraq invasion.
The Libyan people loved Gaddafi. Obama and Hillary Clinton bombed Libya without a declaration of war, yet the Libyan people loved Gaddafi and they hated extremist Muslims, as did Gaddafi. In addition to bombing Libya, MI6 and Turkey sent Muslim /Arab extremist were to Libya to destroy the peace and prevent Gaddafi from establishing a banking system based on gold for Libya and its African neighbors. The Libyan National Army is now winning against those bad boys. The Libyan National Army was always loyal to Gaddafi. They did this even after 9/11 the CIA renditioned detainees for torture to Libya or maybe just passed thru Libya in flights to other nations for torture.

On foreign policy Sec/State Clinton backed the coup makers in Honduras.
Oct 18, 2019: The State Department has completed its internal investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of private email and found violations by 38 people, some of whom may face disciplinary action. The department began the investigation in 2016 after declaring 22 emails from Clinton’s private server to be “top secret.”

The department said it found a total of 588 violations involving information then or now deemed to be classified but could not assign fault in 497 cases.
The report concluded “that the use of a private email system to conduct official business added an increased degree of risk of compromise as a private system lacks the network monitoring and intrusion detection capabilities of State Department networks.”
The Justice Department’s inspector general said FBI specialists did not find evidence that the server had been hacked, with one forensics agent saying he felt “fairly confident that there wasn’t an intrusion.”
