I grew up reading the NY Times. Now I don't bother...most of it is much like the Inquirer or the Star but they don't pretend to facts.

I wouldnt put it past them. They have a not so nice history of publishing fake news. Just read Walter Duranty's reporting from the Soviet Union in the 30s.
