The banned list does state that any mix of the banned dogs are also banned but since American Bullys are officially a desperate breed I'm hoping my Bully can go.

the S/G-1 can or should be able to get you the information or go to Post Transition office... Make sure you animal has all the shots and the On Post veterinarian can or should get the documentation ready for you...
when all else fails contact the unit you are going to and ask them If they have the contact Points...

I literally just PCSd to Germany and this is coming directly off my orders.

"SOLDIERS MOVING TO A PRIVATIZED HOUSING UNER THE ARMY'S RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES INITIATIVE (RCI) MUST COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL AND LOCAL LAWS AND ALL INSTALATION SPECIFIC REQUIERMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE OWNERSHIP, REGISTRATION, CONTROL, AND VACCINATION OF PETS. SOLDIERS RESIDING IN PRIVATIZED HOUSING UNDER THE ARMY'S RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES INITAITIVE (RCI) MAY NOT BOARD ANY DOG OR A BREED (INCLUDING A MIXED BREED) THAT IS DEEMED "AGGRESIVE OR POTENTIALLY AGGRESIVE" UNLESS THE DOG IS A CERTIFIED MILITARY WORKING DOG THAT IS BEING BOARDED BY ITS HANDLER/TRAINER. AGGRESIVE OR POTENTIALLY AGGRESIVE BREEDS OF DOGS ARE DEFINED AS PIT BULLS (AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIERS OR ENGLISH STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIERS), ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMAN PINCHERS, CHOWS, AND WOLF HYBRIDS. PROHIBITION ALSO EXTENDS TO OTHER DOGS THAT DEMONSTRATE A PROPENSITY FOR DOMINATE OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR AS INDICATED BY ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF CONDUCT: 1. UNPROVOKED BARKING, GROWLING, OR SNARLING AT PEOPLE APPROACHING THE ANIMAL; 2. AGGRESSIVLY RUNNING ALONG FENCE LINES WHEN PEOPLE ARE PRESENT; 3. BITING OR SCRATHING PEOPLE; OR 4. ESCAPING CONFINMENT OR RESTRICTION TO CHASE PEOPLE. SOLDIERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT THEIR LOCAL HOUSING OFFICE TO OBTAIN FURTHER DETAILS."

Sorry if I misspelled anything but that is coming directly from my order verbatim.

Thanks... I've read all that before I guess why it's so confusing is because the American Bully is a new breed. Based off of the restricted or banned breeds technically my dog is not banned but I need to be 200% sure before spending so much money taking her with me.

To even get them over here you have to have them microchipped, their rabies vaccine has to be the 1 year type and still be valid but older than 30 day. plus you have to have your vet fill out a European health certificate no more than 10 days before the dogs flight. It is a ton of leg work on your end before you ever leave. Plus you have to pay out of pocket for the dogs flight which typically run around $250-$300 per pet. There are also restrictions on the type of kennel you can use as well as the size according to the size of you dog.

Hey Frank, I know the new veterinary clinic is like a 5 minute walk away from the barracks on Panzer, maybe you could possibly touch base with them? Who know what you might find out.

you can buy a DNA test for your dog for under 100 bucks, that'll clear it if it's not a banned breed.
