Thank you my friend COL Mikel J. Burroughs for making us aware that Reiki Master, & Certified Body and Emotion Code Practitioner Kirk Poe and Volunteer Civilian Supporter Diane Baren will be joining forces again to cohost the Warriors for Life (WFL) Virtual Group Support Community Services Monday evening for Monday, May 24, 2021.
The topic "Release Self Judgements!" will hopefully benefit those who are overburdened with real or imagined guilt as well as those of us with a penchant to judge others harsher than ourselves.

I noticed many times people blame themselves when in fact they were dealt a bad hand of cards. The powerful emotions and lack of lucidity makes it hard to do the rational thing to forgive oneself. For some it may take months or years to forgive oneself.
