APOD: 2019 November 8 - NGC 3572 and the Southern Tadpoles

Good Red Friday morning, Rallypoint. Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) is titled "NGC 3572 and the Southern Tadpoles." This emission nebula (due to the presence of ionized hydrogen gas) is located near the Carina Nebula (NGC 3372) and the Statue of Liberty Nebula (NGC 3576) in the Southern constellation Carina (that's three you get to see, Cynthia Croft). The "Southern Tadpoles" are the dense streamers trailing away from newly formed stars in the upper portion of the image just left of Center. NGC 3572 is located about 9,000 light years away.
