APOD: 2020 January 3 - Quadrantids over the Great Wall

Good Red Friday morning, Rallypoint. Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day is titled "Quadrantids over the Great Wall." The Quadrantids peak this year on the night of January 3-4. Unlike other meteor showers that tend to stay at their peak for about two days, the peak period of the Quadrantids only lasts a few hours. Best time for viewing on the East Coast will be ~1:30AM tomorrow morning as the Moon will have set and Bootes will be above the horizon. Where to look: find area between the Big Dipper and the Herdsman (Bootes). Now look towards the constellation Draco. Hope your weather will be better than what it's going to be in Charlotte.
