Good afternoon my Brothers and Sisters... There is no end in sight for completing research on Planet Mars... In fact, we know more today than we have ever garnered over the years... This video addresses an interesting subject matter and that is of Volcanos or Volcanism on Planet Mars as it has been found to exhibit Mars Quakes that have occurred and recorded by the NASA Insight Lander...
NASA
"(NASA’s InSight lander has detected two strong, clear quakes originating in a location of Mars called Cerberus Fossae – the same place where two strong quakes were seen earlier in the mission. The new quakes have magnitudes of 3.3 and 3.1; the previous quakes were magnitude 3.6 and 3.5. InSight has recorded over 500 quakes to date, but because of their clear signals, these are four of the best quake records for probing the interior of the planet.
Studying Mars-Quakes is one way the InSight science team seeks to develop a better understanding of Mars’ mantle and core. The planet doesn’t have tectonic plates like Earth, but it does have volcanically active regions that can cause rumbles. The March 7 and March 18 quakes add weight to the idea that Cerberus Fossae is a center of seismic activity.)" NASA
From the Video's Description by TheSimplySpace:
"Mars has fascinated mankind for centuries. Named after the Roman god of war, the Red Planet is the epitome of an alien celestial body. Its exploration is currently one of the most important projects in the field of modern space travel. A short time ago, NASA's Perseverance rover landed on the surface of the legendary planet. The first high-resolution images sent to Earth by the renowned space agency made our jaws drop. However, given the dust-covered surface of Mars, the assumption could quickly arise that the Red Planet is a seemingly lifeless celestial body that lacks any geological and volcanic activity. However, as a recent sensational discovery from the ranks of astronomers shows, Mars could still be home to more life than experts had previously assumed. This discovery suggests that Mars still possesses active volcanoes. In the following video we’ll reveal what these might be like and how they differ from the Earth." TheSimplySpace ...

This video will provide you with a more detailed explanation of the tectonics of Planet Mars...
Enjoy!

So, if something is burning there, doesn't that mean there's oxygen?

Yes, but it could be chemically under the Martian surface included in the Martian lava...

It could be a solid oxidizer that releases oxygen as it burns, like those old SolidOx torches. The image reminds me of one of the oxidizer pellets burning.. I used to use one fr minor welding and brazing work.
