I don't know how this young Lt. will have the respect of his men...he will not be an effective leader and I certainly would not follow him into battle.

This 2Lt is clearly lost and confused. His ability to lead is questionable. The bigger question I have is did he show these tendencies at USMA? If he did they should have been discovered and dealt with. Hopefully someone is looking into that.
